Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Shipping & Returns Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, all of our costumes are handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, stitching, and overall appearance are inherent to handmade goods. Product photos and videos are for illustrative and reference purposes only. The actual product you receive may differ slightly from what is shown on screen due to the handmade process, lighting conditions in photography, and differences in screen displays across devices. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Sizing Responsibility

We provide a comprehensive size chart and measurement guide on each product page. By selecting a size and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have measured your pet according to our guide and have chosen the appropriate size. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the customer did not follow the provided measurement instructions.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods displayed at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Because our products are handmade to order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at petcostume1@outlook.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in the customer being banned from future purchases.
