Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and are estimated at 7-14 business days for domestic orders and 14-28 business days for international orders.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for $4.99. If you purchase Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost. If you decline Shipping Protection, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit — you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at petcostume1@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item. All returns require photo evidence and prior approval before shipping back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Sizing Issues

We provide a detailed size chart and measurement guide on every product page. Please measure your pet carefully before ordering. We offer free exchanges for sizing issues, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the customer did not follow our measurement guide.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the damage and the shipping packaging. If you purchased Shipping Protection, we will send a replacement immediately. If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs and Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All of our costumes are handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, and overall appearance may occur between items. Product images are for reference purposes and the final product may differ slightly from what is shown. These variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return or refund.
